Terry Kelly brings over 26 years of expertise in operational command and control, voice and digital communications interoperability, and cybersecurity to his role as Chief Operations Officer at AMALGAM Defense Solutions. He leads the company's daily operations and ensures seamless global contract execution.

Previously, Mr. Kelly served as a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force. His distinguished career began in the acclaimed Red Horse civil engineering field and transitioned to command and control operations. Notably, he held the position of Enlisted Superintendent of combat operations within both the United States Southern Command and United States Air Forces Central Command.

Leveraging his extensive experience, Mr. Kelly now oversees the procurement of Interoperability and Cyber Defense consulting, advisement, and training at AMALGAM Defense Solutions. This expertise allows him to effectively manage day-to-day operations while ensuring the successful execution of global contracts.
